As the songwriter in the band (graeme), i have been looking hard for our sound. i am trying to balance musicality with creativity. In other words i am trying to make music that is fresh and interesting but also enjoyable and easy(ish) to listen to. not an easy task.... thats why ive got so many ideas on the wall but i havent really gone the full mile with any. i simply dont think it is original or enjoyable enough. the influences i am looking to include are progressive, experimental, rock, psychedelic rock and shred. in my search, i have looked at weird scales and chords. a moderate amount of success has come from it. Already there to hear are some of the chords in mirrors. it is a very different song now to what was recorded btw. "unnamed 2" has come close to completion and has melody flows unlike most of what is up here. I think i am gonna call it Passion and Sacrifice. as usual theres plenty on the drawing board. and thats about it for now.
Holidays are here and hopefully we can get some original stuff going this time round!
As it is, the band is in its infancy. We are still looking for material to learn and play together. There is a lot of original material but only some of it will be used.
The songs that are up on the profile are demos rather than actual songs. they will all be at least partially binned. Dont expect that they should be complete, have lots of instruments or be properly arranged.

yes we do need a vocalist, and we need to actually do smoke together so we dont just have hams thingy, of course I would be the vocalist but vocalists arent usually the drummers so i think ill have to pass:P big waste of talent though:P
