Willkommen auf meiner Seite! Ich bin Schlagzeuger, ich bin Dichter, ich bin Sänger, je suis un petit berlinois...
Nach 18 Erdumrundungen in diversen Tourbussen habe ich mich auf meine Qualitäten als Songschreiber, Texter, Arrangeur und Sänger besonnen. Das Ergebnis ist mein Debut-Solo-Album "PETIT BERLINOIS" und wird am 11. Dezember 2009 erscheinen.
Die Lieder auf PETIT BERLINOIS sind Gedichte im Popsong-Format. Aufgelesen in den Jahren unterwegs, enthalten sie Weisheit, Komik, Trauer und Unsinn: alle Zutaten einer wahrhaften Unterhaltung also. Und übrigens ohne Schlagzeug..
BIO:
Meine musikalische Laufbahn startete im Kinderchor. Mit 9 Jahren begann ich, Schlagzeug zu spielen. Vor rund 20 Jahren galt ich den Medien mit meinem Punkrock-Kollektiv DIE FREMDEN als legitimer Nachfolger von Ton Steine Scherben. Seit langem bin ich Teil der Berliner World-Beat-Pioniere DI GRINE KUZINE und neben vielen Gast-Engagements bei Projekten der Berliner Szene auch Studio- und Tour-Schlagzeuger bei MAXIMILIAN HECKER.

As a drummer, I made it 18 times around the globe in several tour busses. The time was right to focus on my skills in song writing, poetry, arrangement and singing. So know I am happy to announce the release of my debut-solo-album "PETIT BERLINOIS" on dec 11th 2009.
The songs on PETIT BERLINOIS are poetry in a pop song, collected in years on the road. Full of wisdom, humour, sadness and nonsense – everything you need for good entertainment. There are no drums on the album but still the music is full of intense energy.
BIO:
I started playing music in a local children..s choir and then started playing the drums when I was 9 years old. 20 years ago the german media promised a golden career to my punkrock-collective DIE FREMDEN, well.. I am happy to be a part of the world beat pioneers from Berlin DI GRINE KUZINE. Besides that I played with a lot of great musicians of the vital Berlin scene and regulary I am a member of MAXIMILIAN HECKER..s live and studio band.
Hmm 28. Januar in Göttingen wäre eine Option. Aber ich hoffe, man sieht sich doch vorher mal wieder, irgendwo im 200-300km Umkreis von Frankfurt wäre auch okey. ;-) Bis bald, liebe Grüße. PS: ich freu mich auf den 11. Dezember.
