About me: Our objective (and it's a simple one) is to infect the world with our extremely original and intense flavour of storytelling. No genre is safe or plot sacred as we delve into creating works with an innovative and unorthodox eye. The audience - our audience - is here first and foremost to be entertained, and it's our duty to put on a damn good show without shame, prejudice or apology.
You can find the official Snowgum Films website with high quility versions of our films, screenings information, news and much much more at www.snowgumfilms.com.
Who I'd like to meet: Filmmakers and audiences. If you're into film - then we're into you.
Hey Dan, Fuck yeh!! Those stills look awsome!! Can't wait to see it. I still like the idea of the tour doco. Might be hard this year tho coz I've got a new job and not sure how much time off they'll give me. Maybe ask us again later in the year incase the situation changes. Cheers mate Jero
A reminder for the Angry Film Networking Night which is on tomorrow on 27th November in Melbourne. 8pm at Horse Baazar, 397 Little Lonsdale St, Melbourne. $2 entry.
This is your chance to meet like minded people and join or find a crew for your next film. Directors, actors, producers, dop's, editors, screen writers, gaphers and grips are all welcome.
There has also been a change of line up for the films on the night. I have had to pull one of the films which will be replaced by MISSIVE.
Missive has been doing well in the festival circuit and was the film that received some fantastic feedback at the Fringe Film Festival night this year. It tells the story of a sick elderly man, who's been living in reclusion since his family was brutally murdered 15 years ago, is paid a visit by a hired hit man, who discovers that the old man has one final and unexpected request.
CAFFEINE will also be screening. An 8 minute film by director Paul Dowie which poses the question of what happens when a person consciously decides he no longer wants to sleep.
Following this up will be PAPPEKRIEG which is a mockumentary that is unlike any other that you will ever see. This short had a fantastc response at the Perth film festival when it was screened and director David Broder will be introducing the film on the night.
After the screenings be sure to use the time wisely and get into networking to get your project off the ground or jump on any that may appeal to you.
Hope you can make it to the night.
If not I am sure I will see you at the Angry Film Festival which will be held next year in March.

Excellent job with Rincewind Run guys, look forward to more characters and hopefully a longer movie, funding permitting though. Anyone with some millions to throw at them?
Hey, I just finished helping make the most cheesy Zombie film ever! Loveit! It's so much fun. Got another one lined up soon, we're gonna make a series of em, moving into Vampires, Aliens, Werewolfs ect. Incredibally funny and cheaply done but an amazing experience. If you can't find work, you make it!
