Music, Medieval reenactment and beating people with foam sticks (aka Dagorhir), animals, wildlife watching, drunken singing, Norse and Celtic Paganism, Rune reading, religion in general, philosophy, environmental issues,
traveling (even if it's just a road trip. I hate sitting at home.), hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities with my wonderful Siberian Husky Nanuk, ghosts, ghost hunting and paranormal events, Cryptozoology (especially sea monsters), museums, astronomy, mythology, gardening, learning foreign languages, video games, literature, typing in random things on Wikipedia, poetry, and just hanging out and drinking.
I would be lost without music. Sometimes it's the only thing that helps me to keep my sanity (Yes, I have a little bit left). I love all types of metal and hard rock. I also like Celtic/Irish, Medieval, Classic Rock, Folk Rock, Cock Rock, some Classical, Native American flute music, a little bit of the 80's stuff and a lot that can't and shouldn't be labeled or placed in a convenient category. Here's a small list of what I like: Blind Guardian Subway To Sally Bang Camaro Iced Earth Demons & Wizards Nevermore Nightwish Schandmaul Shadow Gallery Therion Amorphis Helloween Fates Warning Queensryche Dethklok Symphony X Eluveitie Dark Tranquillity Korpiklaani Shadows Fall In Flames Kamelot Rush Dark Moor Pink Floyd Genesis The Offspring Coheed and Cambria Dropkick Murphys Flogging Molly The Killers Lynyrd Skynyrd Foo Fighters Skid Row Styx Chicago Little River Band Alice Cooper Supertramp Disturbed Tears For Fears and many many more that I know I'm forgetting. Basically, if the artist is passionate about music, and it shows in the songs, I'll give it a listen...unless, of course, it's country or rap. I just can't get into that. Oh, and no emo either. If people are old enough to drink and drown their sorrows in alcohol like a normal person, they shouldn't be crying and cutting themselves. Also, there's nothing I hate more than people who have others write songs for them for the sole purpose of making money, as most American pop acts often do. I also think nature makes some of the best music. Nothing can compare to a wolf's howl or a whale's song.
Watch Bang Camaro's Night Lies video. I sear these guys are really cool, and put on one hell of a show!
Movies
I'm into action (especially movies with bad ass chicks!), comedy, wildlife documentaries, Historical, good Psychological Horror, Fantasy, and Animation. Some of my favorite movies are: Fight Club, Death Proof, Watchmen, Gangs of New York, 13th Warrior, V for Vendetta, Session 9, Orgazmo, Waiting, Hero, March of the Penguins, Pom Poko, Office Space, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, La Primera Noche de Mi Vida (The First Night of My Life/My First Night), Pirates of the Caribbean, and anything by Don Bluth. I also like the animated Disney movies as long as the songs aren't too sappy. My least favorite movies are those damn "When animals attack" movies. Thanks to the movie "Jaws", shark conservation was set back twenty years! I also hate movies that glorify breeding. The world is way to overpopulated to make movies about having babies. I really hate chick flicks, and feel sorry for any guy who's forced to sit through that garbage. Joe doesn't know how lucky he is!
Television
I'm not a big fan of TV. I'd much rather listen to music or read. Mythbusters is really the only show that I watch religiously, but I'm also getting into the new show Ghost Adventures. I also like some Animal Planet, History Channel, and Travel Channel shows when I happen to catch them on. I like some adult swim shows too, but I usually just watch the DVDs. My current favorites are Metalocalypse and Aqua Teen Hunger Force. I think American Idol is nothing but glorified karaoke, and is a complete waste of drinking time!
Books
I do so love reading, but work and looking for a new job have been taking up most of my time lately. I love fantasy, horror, mystery, classic literature, mythology, poetry, travel journals, history, and nonfiction books about wildlife, nature, and religion-corruption in the Christian Church has always been a favorite topic of mine. Some of my favorite books, authors and poets include:
Chronicles of Amber by Roger Zelazny
A Night in the Lonesome October by Roger Zelazny
Anything by Walter Moers-A German author with a wild imagination. Reading his books has been pure orgasmic joy. The English translations are very well done, and from what I'm told by people who know both languages, don't take anything away from the story. Go read his books now! WOLPERTINGS KICK THE SHIT OUT OF VAMPIRES ANY DAY!!!!
Watership Down by Richard Adams
Edgar Allen Poe
some Stephen King
most of Shakespeare's plays and poetry-Hamlet is my
favorite
The Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger
Felidae by Akif Pirincci
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
Federico Garcia Lorca
Greek, Norse, Celtic, Egyptian and Sumerian Mythlogy
So much more. I could go on all day.
I am currently reading Felidae On the Road by Akiff Pirincci
The Dante's Inferno Test has banished you to the Fifth Level of Hell! Here is how you matched up against all the levels:
People who are not afraid to stand up for the things in which they believe. People who refuse to kiss ass and be someone that they are not, even if it means getting overlooked. I guess that means I'm my own hero!

What's up kiddies!!? My real name is Debby, but those of the Dagorhir world may know me as Muninn or Lutra or that girl with the sexy Husky! I live in the once beautiful, always interesting, sold its soul to the capitalist devil, Highland Square area of Akron, Ohio. People think they know me, but they really don't. I'm a nerd, a smart- ass, and my sense of humor is rather dark and twisted. People tell me I look sweet and innocent. I enjoy proving those misguided people wrong. I'm not girly, and most women annoy the hell out of me. I am a wage slave for capitalist America, looking for a good paying job in a state whose number one employer is Wal Mart. Until that happens, I'll continue to feel like an unaccomplished loser and fall deeper into debt. Weeee! I've been with my husband Joe for 11 years, and we've been married for 7 years. We have a beautiful rescued Siberian Husky named Nanuk. He has a page also, so check him out in all of his fluffy glory. We also have five evil rescued cats named Squeaker, Comet, Flurry (He snores. Only 7% of cats do that.), Casper (He's a transsexual) and Toki Wartooth; and two bunnies named Stormy and Cinder. We also have a dove named MacLeod whom we rescued from idiots who were poking him with pencils and throwing things at him. I am a strong supporter of environmental, wildlife and animal rights causes ( I have been since I was around 12 or so), and I will do things for animals that I would never do for people. I'm still trying to start up a back-alley vasectomy business, but I need customers. You do want to support small business, don't you?
Who I'd like to meet: You, if you're cool and don't mind having a twisted, metal loving, tree hugging, pagan as a friend. I'll add just about anybody.
No, I don't want to swing or watch you strip on your webcam!
Oh, and I'm totally lost when it comes to the myspace etiquette. I never know who prefers comments, who prefers messages, who likes the "Thanks for the add" comments and who doesn't. I personally don't care one way or the other, and, really, you shouldn't either. It's only the myspaces, after all.
"The latest show about Jan haagensen was simply shocking - I'll support her case. These "hunters" are a shame on humanity - hunting was a necessity in previous centuries but it's become simply entertainment for cowards. Great you're making Vancouver an international center for discussion!!!" - Andalusia
"The Jan Haagensen interview was excellent and I hope they do invalidate the whole hunter harassment statue because it is unconstitutional. I like this women and her love for animals. Seems quite a lot of people know Jan as their "hero" already, so it's great news. And thank you Anthony for a great radio program." - Tierra
"Really Good interview, Jan Haagensen is a Great Lady!" - Dominique
"That hunter who threatened Jan and her mother should have been charged with making a terrorist threat. Which is also a felony by the way." - Wolf
Anthony Marr will be speaking at the Animal Rights Conference (www.ARConference.org) on his own plan to challenge the Hunter Harassment laws of other states for being unconstitutional.
For 30 years, Jan Haagensen has been harassed and her farm in PA invaded with impunity by hunters, and her NO HUNTING signs and fences repeatedly torn down. 10 years ago, she had had enough, and approached the trespassing hunters to ask them to leave, and asked a hunter engaged in illegal hunting to cease and desist. When a hunter threatened to shoot her and her mother, she called police, which sided chummily with the hunters, and later charged her with 5 counts of "hunter harassment". The "kangaroo court" convicted her on all 5 counts. Being an attorney, she appealed to the appellate court and won, and is now challenging the PA Hunter Harassment Statute in federal court as being unconstitutional for inhibiting free speech and violating property rights. If she wins, doors will be open for challenging the equally unconstitutional Hunter Harassment laws of other states.
