PLAYACAKES - THE RECIPE!
Ingredients:
One cup whole wheat pastry flour
One cup rice milk
One table spoon olive oil
One table spoon Rumsford non-aluminum baking powder
Whisk together flour and baking powder. Mix together rice milk and oil. Whisk milk and oil into dry ingredients. Fry on hot flat surface.
PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI’S
Mix together:
Two parts vanilla vodka
Three parts Irish cream
Three parts coffee liquor
One part cinnamon schnapps
Pour over ice and shake. Rim glasses with gram crackers. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Add dash of cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, and or all spice.
