Hello....We are the true and Authentic Snap,Crackle and Pop...!! We were created in the late 50's for Rice Krispies


But here it is 2009 and we now have a small problem..........There is a poor lil Illigitimate Rice Krispy............He was crying because he has Snap,Crackle,but NO POP......!

GARE BEAR'S NEW EXERCISE ROUTINE....!!

Begin where you have plenty of room at each side of you.

With a 5 pound potato sack in each hand,Extend your arms straight from your sides,

and hold them as long as you can...Try to reach a full minute,Then relax..

Each day you'll find that you can hold this position a little longer so after a couple of weeks,

Move up to 10 pound potato sacks..Then try 50 pound sacks...

Then eventually you will get to where you can hold a 100 pound potato sack in each hand

and hold your arms out for a whole minute..(I am at this level already).

Once you feel confident at that level,...................Put a potato in each sack......

Braaaaaaaaa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha .....!!
