The new infomercial we did for MDG Lenses to air all over China TV. We had 2 days to cast, write, produce, edit and deliver and a budget so low it would shock even Krusty the Clown, but we pulled it off and it was so much fun. Thanks to everyone involved.
What a wonderful event Saige and I attended in 2008 thanks to our great friend, the talented and legendary star Stephen Furst: The Renal Support Network's annual prom for kids with Kidney Disease held at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, CA. Check out their link.....
Saige's new music group Pink E. Swear (myspace.com/pinkeswear). They are going to be mega stars. Click on the photo to enlarge.

Talk about nostalgia. Being from Jersey, this group, Buddy Love, is what Jersey power pop is all about. And how cool is seeing them especially on the Uncle Floyd show, one of Jersey's most prized sons! Check out Floyd Vivino in 'Good Morning Vietnam', Robin William's hit movie. Enjoy.

I can't believe I found this, but this is the episode Dave first did for Everybody Loves Raymond, Season 4. He created all the Hackidu characters, the trading cards, the posters, video covers, everything visual. Ray was so impressed over the characters, he had Dave sign the trading cards for his kids and the rest of the cast and crew. Ray was really nice.
Dave was interviewed at the 2008 San Diego Comic Con (he's a few minutes in). We love it there and have been going for years. Check out the link below.
The Bible, most Stephen King, Harry Potter, my Thomas Guide (if you live in Southern California you'll know what I'm talking about), most mysteries and horror and supernatural stories...

Spanky and Our Gang (after the Little Rascals) with 'Sunday Will Never Be the Same.'
A totally wacky show from the early 70's Canada....loved it.....'The Hilarious House of Frightenstein.'

The trick is to stay focused on what you want to happen and let go of what you do not... cuz if you keep seeing things as they are, convincing yourself that you "have to" because that's reality, then it will always be your reality. want to change? it's as simple as changing the who, what, how, why and when of what you look at and FOCUS on... DAILY :)
Tankism #25 Have a great week :) PS: see if you can "see" the picture below. It's pretty cool...
Failure is the best part of success. They are like yin and yang; you can’t have one without the other. So learn to celebrate your failures. Truly successful people even say they are successful because they have failed more than anyone they know. They keep trying and each time it doesn’t work, it’s just a learning experience. So, go out there, Fail, Learn, Succeed. Fail, Learn, Succeed. Say it with me now, Fail. Learn.. Succeed!!!
Put it this way, you CANNOT get hung up on when something doesn’t go your way. If you stay fixated on the failure, then you cut off the other two steps: Learn and Succeed. Fight the temptation to dwell on the failure with EVERYTHING you’ve got. Get excited about failing! Then Learn, Then Succeed!!!
Get Inspired, what are you waiting on? Every minute that you waste on this planet focused on what your RIGHTS are as opposed to what your RESPONSIBILITIES are is a golden opportunity that has passed you by. An opportunity to take your life into your own hands and change your world for the better. When you do that, the byproduct is a better world overall. And, this world desperately needs YOU to show up.
Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.

Your mind is like a garden and your thoughts are like grass, beautiful smelling flowers and weeds… If you want grass to grow, you need to “plant it,” water it and take care of it. If you want beautiful smelling flowers, you need to plant “beautiful smelling flowers,” water them and take care of them. Whatever you want in your garden, you need to plant it, water it, take care of it. Now, sometimes your garden will have weeds and you need to pull them out. The thing about weeds… they grow automatically, rather you plan them or not. What are you planting?
