Il "SoBar" apre al pubblico nel Febbraio del 2007. E' stato progettato e curato in tutti gli aspetti da uno dei piu' grandi Designer parteneopei: Mario Gallo. Sobar (Food & Drinks)e' situato in Via Pendio S.Giuseppe, 4 Pozzuoli(NA) nei pressi del Cinema Sofia e della Villa Avellino e prende origine da uno storico Club puteolano, -Lo Sciarabal-. Il SoBar e' un lounge-bar dove si puo' trovare un'alta qualita' del servizio e del prodotto offerto(dal cocktail alla stuzzicheria) in un'atmosfera gradevole con un'ottimo staff, con una buona musica proposta da vari dj's: dall'House Music, Depp House, Deep Soulfull, dal Chill Out alla Musica Ambient e Live Set.Sempre con la formula Open-Bar(Free Entry). Professional Bartender and at the moment running my own Lounge Bar here in Naples: The "SoBar". I have Been working in the Restaurant & Bar industry from the age of 14 yrs old and I really love it! That's what I do... After taken the Diploma in Hotel and Catering school and finished the Army Service, here in Italy, decided to move to England to improve my Bartending skills, to learn the english language and make new life experiences. Infact, on the February of 1999 I went to Guilford, south west London, where I found a job in an Italian company restaurant called Tortellini Elite and stayed since August 2000. That's where my Londoner working/life experience begin. On September of 2000 moved to the City working as Bartender in a cool place in Covent Garden, called -The Spot-. Then on 2001 a did a bartending course to improve my working skills at the -Bas, school of Bartending-. So on the April of 2001 I was working in one of the most well know club in London -The Roof Garden- private members club in High Street Kensington, owned by Sir. Richard Brandson. After that, I have been working around in some other Bars of the City such as: The Rouge, Momo's, Soho, One Aldwych, Zander. Since when, from January 2002 to July 2003 I found a great job at -Bank- Bar&Restaurant where I learned the high knowledge of product and service and improved my mixology skills and in the mid-time i have been awarded in few local Bartending competition. After the fantastic experience at Bank-Bar wanted a new challenge, so decided to move on to USA Florida where i had some friends of mine there. "But London will be stay always in my mind and in my heart". And from August 2003 to October 2004 worked as floor manager in an Italian company in Destin(FL) called Guglielmo's Tuscany Grill and also as Bartender in a club of the area. After traveling visiting Chicago, New York and Miami, on November 2004 went back home in Naples, Italy where I met mr. Stefano Apa my business partener and together we create the "SoBar". After almost two years of refurbishement, with the help of the one of the greatest designer in Naples mr. Mario Gallo, finally the Sobar opened to pubblic on February 2007. The "SoBar"(Food & Drinks) is located in Via Pendio S. Giuseppe 4, Pozzuoli(NA) at the back of Villa Avellino Park, and it takes origin from an historical club in Pozzuoli called -Sciarabal-. SoBar is a Lounge Bar where you can find a good customer sevice, high quality of product knowledge, excellent staff, nice atmosfere, design, cool people, good music maded from ours dj's set, playing different kind of music from jazz to house, chill out and ambient, aperitif-happy hour.
