MPP is the largest marijuana policy reform organization in the United States. Founded in 1995, MPP works to minimize the harm associated with marijuana -- both the consumption of marijuana and the laws that are intended to prohibit its use. MPP believes that the greatest harm associated with marijuana is prison. To this end, MPP focuses on removing criminal penalties for marijuana use, with a particular emphasis on making marijuana medically available to seriously ill people who have the approval of their doctors.
MPP doesn't encourage marijuana use. But our failed marijuana laws cost taxpayers billions of dollars a year, keep police from focusing on real crimes, and fail to keep marijuana away from kids. We believe it's time for a new approach-- taxation and regulation.

If you have a stock pile of seeds sitting around, then now is the time to germinate them.
Get a paper towel wet and fold it into quarters. Put your seeds in the fold, and then put the paper towel in a ziploc bag. Keep the bag in the dark for a few days, and then head to your favorite spot with your newly sprouted buddies in tow.
In Texas, a good place to spread is in blue-bonnett patches, because they don't mow over them, even on the side of the highways.
