Soulfully Flyy Sessions, was established in the Summer of 2007 as alternative leisure activity for individuals between the ages of 21-35 who seek quality after-hours entertainment. Since the entertainment market in Northern California does not offer a wide variety of opportunities for exposing indie artist, on a mainstream level, as do cities like Los Angeles and New York, we used this event as a platform for introducing talented musicians & artist in the Bay Area.
In 2007 Soulfully flyy sessions had a successful run with a lot of momentum going into 2008 . The first series accrued a full roster of eager, talented artist and a loyal, lucrative fan base who we will maintain and build into a greater number in 2008.
Soulfully Flyy Sessions has an array of resources which can create a more resonant attendee rate, and open up more lucrative opportunities to pitch unsigned bands & artist to Record Companies, Music Publishers, and Film/TV Studios. We have a support system of team players whom help us reach those hard to reach tastemakers, and consumers in our area.
To take the series to the next level of success, we have re-invented traditional ways of Branded Entertainment (i.e. product advertising or product placement) to compliment this event and the contributing entities. 2008 will reflect a new formed event that fits within the entertainment preferences of the Soulfully Flyy Sessions audience to coincide the experience of the entertainment to the artist.

MINNEAPOLIS – The $1.92 million verdict against a Minnesota woman accused of sharing 24 songs over the Internet could ratchet up the pressure on other defendants to settle with the recording industry if the big fine can withstand an appeal. In the latest trial, a federal jury in Minneapolis ruled that she must pay $1.92 million for willful infringement of the recording industry's copyrights by posting the music on the file-sharing site Kazaa. Under federal law, the recording companies are entitled to $750 to $30,000 per infringement but the law allows the jury to raise that to as much as $150,000 per track if it finds the infringements were willful. The jury decided on $80,000 per song.
