I Write. some may say I'm a Poet? Spoken Word Artist? I just Write. I write what I feel & I make no excuses for why & what I write. To change the world is no small task & in my short 20 years of life, I've realized that nothing is insignificant, the smallest action, matters. Whether it is out of my own naïvety or complete alertness of this broken world, I feel we all have the ability to fix it. I may not know how to...but this is my humble attempt.
I am a Muslim, a Daughter, a Sister, a Cousin, a Niece, a Friend, in the form of a Pakistani-Chinese-Spanish Woman. I have been blessed to travel & share my work with audiences from all over, including Canada, the United States & Europe. I may have affected many, some, few, none, but my work is never in vain. I pray to God my work is never in vain.

I pray my message finds you in the best of iman and in good health. Just wanted to stop by and say “I love you” dear Sisters, and to let you know I am thinking of you all. It is that time of year, to prepare for Ramadan. Alhamdulillah we’ve waited patiently and it is finally just within a week’s time! Insha’Allah many opportunities will arise to receive blessings from Allah ta’ala.
If I have offended, disrespected, done any harm, or have caused any of you distress, please forgive me. I had no intention to hurt anyone! O Allah! Make the months of Rajab and Sha'ban blessed for us, and let us reach the month of Ramadan so that we may benefit from its merits and blessings. Ameen.
The holy month of Ramadan For all Muslims has begun. Praising Allah through the day, From dawn to dusk we fast and pray. We pay zakah (charity) for those in need, Trying hard to do good deeds.
When the sun has set, and day is done- I'll break this chain, but only one. By the end of Ramadan, this whole chain will be all gone! It's time for Eid and lots of fun!!!
Ramadan Mubarak Sister!! May Allah ta'ala accept your fasting, prayers, and good deeds and may He guide, protect and bless you and your family in this life and in the next and protect you from the hell fire. Ameen
