About me:


Sograte BBQ is a West Texas competiion BBQ team competing in the IBCA (international Barbecue Cookers Association) and the LSBS (Lone Star Barbecue Society). After years of backyard cooking, we decided it was time to see where we stood against the "big boys". As of July 2005 Sograte BBQ was official. We placed three top 10 finishes out of 4 entries and have not stopped since. Check our calander for upcoming events to catch us on the road.
