Local Denver Band 'SoHelpMe' is inspired to bring you what they call "Groove Metal"; tasty, bouncy, licks of bass guitar with the occasional slap and pop delivered with a wall of heavy guitar. Percussion preserves the "Groove" with smooth flowing beats designed to get you moving to the synergistic flow of the music while maintaining a heavy pattern. Vocals encapsulate the very meaning of range; moving from a scream to a clean, well rounded, style pulling all elements of the band together. 'SoHelpMe' considers "Groove Metal" the quintessential elements of Hard Rock, Punk, Metal and Funk; quick heavy riffs keep you on your toes, funky bass lines keep you moving, driving punk essence brings you to the front and guitar solos break up the moment just to lead you back into it.
Singer Jeremy Clayton, Colorado Native (Born and Raised), is the soul of 'SoHelpMe'. His vocals combined with shear energy on stage bring you to the front of the crowd begging for more. Meaningful, powerful, lyrics sustain throughout each song. In one case "Burn", Jeremy has written the entire song throughout; guitar and vocals.
Bassist Dave Galindo is the driving force behind 'SoHelpMe'; heavy, technical, yet bouncy bass lines get the crowd dancing and grooving. Dave is the embodiment of presence on stage; each movement belongs where it is. Dave, co-writer and performer, this bass player is the SHIT!
Drummer Eyal 'Fill' Filkovsky, born in Isreal, moved to the U.S. when he was only eight and has served this country in the Military and in 'SoHelpMe'! Fill is the heart, promoter, dedicated servant and spokesman of 'SoHelpMe'. He provides stellar drum beats designed to keep you engrossed in the music. He drives the machismo that is 'SoHelpMe' and he will supply you with the extreme desire to punch the air.
Guitarist Joe DiBiasio, born and raised in San Diego, CA, is the foundation of 'SoHelpMe'; diplomatic, opinionated and hard core rocker warped into one personification thus original song ideas are born. Joe's guitar style is reminiscent of many different styles and ideals from finger picking to soloing (What Fill considers 80's soloing). You are bound to hold up a lighter or bang your head.
Whether you crave Metal, Hard Rock, Punk or Funk, there is something in 'SoHelpMe' that each person can appreciate. Bang your head, punch the air, light the torch and get to the next show!!!!
