About me: CosyMo's SOLAR CINEMA is a mobile cinema and film/DV production unit powered by solar power. We offer an alternative exhibition space by bringing film to you. On the beach, in a park or in the middle of a city, CosyMo's SOLAR CINEMA is ready to unpack a screen and soundsystem and project a filmprogram in the open air. The SOLAR CINEMA has enough power to show film for 8 hours. Bring your deckchair and bottle of wine and join us at one of our showings. We organise showings for festivals, develop community video projects and 'cross-over' site-specific audio-visual installations. We mostly program the work of young independent filmmakers and are always looking to expand our library, so please send us your work! In 2007 the Solar Cinema will embark on a tour through the south of Holland. For 2008 our goal is to organize a 'European Solar Cinema-Tour'. We need your help to organize it! Check this out CosyMo's Solar Cinema. We've all been told that electric cars are sort slow compared to internal combustion engines. Check out this video of these guys who drop an internal combustion engine and replace it with an electric one. The video shows an electric car in a race beat a 400hp corvette! Funny stuff. The guy doing the video even starts laughing because it looks funny watching this trashy looking electric car beat a fancy looking vette. Hi CosyMo's Solar Cinema - The holy grail for energy storage has recently been discovered. They can store energy basically in water, something like how a plant does photosynthesis.
