Solar Twins is the British-raised, Los Angeles-based duo of David Norland (electronic instruments) and Joanna Stevens (vocals). Norland, who grew up in West London, has a classical background; Stevens is half Burmese. They first teamed up in England, then moved to Los Angeles, where they played at the Viper Room and were signed to Maverick Records.
