If time doesnt exist, and karma is the debt collector of our existence, then the reasons for OUR loss can only be explained by what we will see the future bring.
Be strong, and remember, you always have a financial backer in me. I love all of you, and Especially Chewy, Archon, and Apollo (the silent partners) who are probably helping a lot in those unspoken ways. The Hunab Ku does not give us what we cannot need nor handle. So be brave. It's a fresh start Stella. It's what we talked about! You are in my thoughts while I'm up early in NYC.
Keep your heads up and know that whereever you go, I'm right there to help you get back up on your feet! Now more than ever. Show and prove time. Phoenix Rising.
Sunday, March 2, 2008 Wordsmithing: Writing Tricks for Design Magicians with Blair Barton
Getting the words right is important. Get it wrong and you lose – the audience, and perhaps your client. Even the most fabulous design won’t work if the words fail the reader. Finding the right words can be fun and rewarding. This workshop will include imagination-boosting exercises, tips from the trade and simple rules every effective writer lives by. You’ll be writing with zing in no time – just like magic!
Blair Barton, BS, has been an editor and copywriter for more than 15 years. She has worked for design firms, associations and corporate communication departments, and she dabbles in fiction, creative nonfiction and, most recently, screenplay writing. She enjoys bringing to light the mystery of punctuation and the most commonly misused words.
