Pasquale Soldovieri is a drummer. The main instruments that he play are tamburello and tammorra, a particular kind of frame drum used in the South Italy for play folk and popular music. There isn’t any school for to learn the secrets of these instruments. They are a combination of technique and soul, music and dance, love and struggle.
He started to play guitar when he was fifteen, a few years later started to play tamburello, playing with differents band, tarantella pizzica and tammurriata. This rhythms are obsessive and hypnotic and usually are played for a long time, especially during the summers night. ("Notte d’estate")
