Soley Mourning hale from Birmingham, England. Formed in late 2005 they have spent their time crafting a catalogue of diverse rockin' tracks and have created a savage, hi energy live show. Their debut album "Mambo County" was released in october 2006 and brought together an eclectic mix of both melodic and powerful tunes. After "live at the brewhouse" in 2008 2009 saw the quintet move onwards and upwards with the release of their second studio long player "Remove Replace Rewire" which took the group to a wider audience with its edgier sound and mix of styles. Band influences include: 50s rock & roll, late 60s blues rock, 70s classic rock, late 80s early 90s grunge, stax/motown soul, the blues, jazz, 90s britpop, metal, 70s funk, 60s pop, 80s indie, world music, some reggae, some hip hop, some country.
