What happened to the music on this MySpace page? Well, to be quite frank I don't believe in those things I sang and recorded back in 1980, when I was a young, angry, and a messed-up teenager. And Myspace wasn't the best format for Solger's music, nor was it visted or listened to all that much. I also feel that it would be better that if someone wanted to hear Solger's music, that they should listen to it on vinyl, compact disc, or one of those high tech things that play mp3's directly into your ears. Even though I did not authorize the 1996 reissue, I did want the music to be available in the modern digital format of compact disc - which came out in 2003. Then after a failed first attempt at a reunion show in 2005 with all the original members, Doug Rockness our bass player, also being RPA's singer, died the following year in 2006. We then ended up playing the reunion show in 2007 with my son's band The Slashers opening, and Steve Fartz's son playing bass for us. It was not a very pleasing experience at all, and once again, I was singing songs about things I no longer believed or subscribed to. I still listen to punk rock, and support today's musicians as people - but I personally can't sing that song anymore, nor publish it here on MySpace. -Kyle
