A chance to play some acoustic original songs, old tunes, and a desire to have fun brought another project to life. Members of Mood Cultivation and Thacker Dairy Road picking some Bluegrass standards, originals and choice "old nuggets". Wanting to explore a musical tradition that has surrounded them since childhood, these Appalaichian "youngsters" are carving out some new sounds as well. Up tempo traditional songs, offset by some originals and grassed up tunes from years passed, are the foundation of the groups sound.
