Some Have Guns have been influenced by anyone the individual members of the band have played music with along with various instructors. The band finds inspiration in all art mediums and is influenced mostly by post-1825 popular music. adendum (4.2.06): Justin has been watching some Prince videos and says he's really picking up some hot moves.

Some Have Guns is a five piece band from Cleveland Tn. SHG presents a wonderfully dazzling show of eclectic rock music. The band was formed in January of 2006 when three of the members fully realized their neccessity to play live music. Since then, SHG have released a full-length CD titled Something Happened. The CD was released on March 18 to a welcoming hometown audience. Some Have Guns have also been featured in the Bradley News Weekly and the Cleveland Daily Banner and invited to appear on a local internet show featuring local artists called MeandtheBiz in late March. Shows are currently booked with several local bands and summer tours are in the works.
what do you want me to play on the piano? i know you're probably not going to play the trumpet part. so do want me to play that in the beginning? because i can. and what parts am i gonna sing. i cant sing that high or low. but i can sing the verses. sooo.... should i learn the harmony on the chorus?
