About me:

Draped in pale golds & maroons, a chill out area with rugs, cushions & low tables, as well as some FSC Approved tables & chairs, this little slice of paradise has completed it's first summer tour..

Serving Fair Trade Tea, Coffees, Juice & Hot Chocolate Heaven..a great range of speciality tea, including 4 different types of Chai..& a mouthwatering range of GM Free Cakes, made with free range eggs..fresh fruit salad & that's it..well, apart from the entertainment..

The cups etc are 100% biodegradable & all milk used is organic..we only clean with Ecover.. & the aim is to one day be completely solar-powered, but it'll take time..

We are available for festivals & outdoor events across the UK..with a fully equipped open mic stage, dancing girls & in-house musicians to entertain..

The two beautiful Marquees are also available for hire, with or without drapes..see contact details below..

So sad to hear about the destruction,i do hope THE SOMETHING ELSE TEA TENT escaped unscathed.. We still haven't played at the festival proper yet,cos we got pulled for the sunday night,i just hope everybody comes bouncing back bigger and better for it next year. It was great to listen to and see you play...i loved it. Hope to see you and your tent rocking again,soon ..FD KEN.
Baka Beyond	May 19 2009 8:19 AM We're playing at The Thekla in Bristol tomorrow night. We hope you can come. Its a special multi-media show with a vj mixing footage from Baka land with live film and effects. Come and dance and spread the word to your friends. It'll be a great night. We'll be playing songs from our new album "Baka Beyond the Forest" as well as some old favourites. Its the 5-piece line up featuring Molara, Fela Kuti's niece and the original voice of Zion Train, joining Su on vocals. You can hear clips on our website (www.baka.co.uk) and our Myspace page.
