Life is like an ocean - wild & seemingly unfathomable, full of mystery & wonder, & full of waves – ups & downs, highs & lows. Thus, we must ride each wave & when the breaking moment comes, when the wave crashes, we must decide whether we will drowned, move, or be moved.

Something Like Tuesday
Rocking Faces One Tuesday at a Time
Something Like Tuesday is a band formed in the outer Cincinnati area, most notably in the small town of Harrison, Ohio. With a positive, fun, and energetic style and a pop/rock feel-good sound comparable to artists such as Switchfoot, The Click Five, Seven Places, and Hawk Nelson, they hope that their music is nothing but encouraging and uplifting to the listener. As immersed believers in Christ, they are dedicated to their faith and to spreading a positive message in song, attitude, and lifestyle all the while having fun!
Friends before they were band mates, the guys of SLT grew up together in the same small town area. Through school, camp, and particularly church, they formed a lasting bond that goes way beyond the music. They officially became a band in the summer of 2002 practicing in Zac O’s garage and performing a number of Third Eye Blind, Creed, and Blink 182 covers. After doing time as a “garage band”, they really began concentrating on their own music and developing their skills both individually and as a band.
2005 saw the release of their self-produced debut More Than What’s in Sight that featured favorites “Think about Me”, “Yours”, “Run Cassidy Run”, and “Waiting for a Change.” Centered on looking beyond simply what we see and what is current in our lives, this reflective collection of tunes established SLT as songwriters and as a band and helped them gain a following in their local area.
Now just a little over a year since the release of their debut, SLT emerges! No longer teenagers and with nearly 2 years of college under their belts, the guys of SLT havegrown tremendously as men and musicians. Their new record The Breaking Moment was released in the summer of 2006 containing much more depth and substance and packing a lot more punch and raw edge. They’ve allowed themselves to be more vulnerable musically and lyrically this time around and the sound is very fresh and radio-ready. Looking to the coming year, the guys have their eyes set on much bigger things! The future looks bright and the guys are ready for whatever opportunities may come their way.
