Booking Information
Do you have a large club that you need someone to get the crowd jumping? How about you need some good entertainment for your mixer because the last DJ sucked and was over-priced? Or do you have just a small barbeque with a few of your friends? I'm Available for any event needing entertainment. Contact Jason Disbrow at 843.263.3714. Make sure to ask about our special rates on fraternity and sorority parties.
What sort of concoction do you get when you throw bass bumping rap, beat driven breakbeat, soulful house, supercharged rock, and melodic trance into a musical blender? You get a horrible tasting milkshake of music, thats what! However when you add just a drop of Sonar, you get the perfect musical mixture that will please the palette of any dancer. Sonar has taken the science of turntablism and the energy from the greatest bands in the world and spun them into an art that gets the crowds on their feet and moving to the rhythms that he creates. Each show is a compelling blend of music that is impulsively driven by Sonars intuition. There are no pre-determined sets like other DJs or a certain song he is spinning this time. Just pure aural surrender. Sonar is no stranger to the wheels of steel. He has been winning various DJ competions since the age of fourteen. He has played in countless clubs across the United States, and has made guest appearances on radio mix shows on such stations as WZFX Foxy99, and 94.1 The Beat. In addition to the live performing, Sonar also produces music for artists, music labels and DJs. He has produced over 37 hours of remixes by major artists leaving no genre untouched; from Van Morrison to Van Halen, from Madonna to Mobb Deep. In addition to the remixes, Sonar has produced over 14 hours of original material from classical to progressive trance. This selection guarantees an original show each and everytime.

The Stone Groove
(Adjective- Something so cool it just can’t go away, it’s etched in stone)
The Spaced Invaders podcast, The Stone Groove, is now available for subscribers at iTunes or you can subscribe to it by clicking the link below. What is “The Stone Groove” you ask? Well the concept is simple. It is simply a revival of all the great music that is out there that no radio stations are playing, mixed by the Spaced Invaders. Expect to hear an unparallel, funk-tastic mix of old school rap, funk, breaks, rock, soul, reggae, new school stuff, and tracks that the radio stations will eventually be playing. Each episode will be geared everybody, including the jive man and the closet disco queens. Don’t harsh our mellow, cause The Stone Groove is commin at ya. Ya Dig?
Now you can practice your skillz while you are at work, school, or on an airplane.
Directions:
Drag a record onto the deck and it will start playing, scratch the record by clicking the record. Hold left mouse button to take a record off, move cross faders and play samples. If you get confused then just message me.
Just call the number on the ad and you should be able to sign up. It's not a turntablist comp though- just crowd rockin'. You can cut a little here and there, but mostly the mxing is important. The spin off is to find a competent dj on thursdays. Your music posted is a pretty good fit-
Sounds great. Maybe next month before the March issue drops.. Congrats on the new job! When is it on? I only get the station for 5 minutes on the way to yoga class...
