SongSharing is a unique 501c3 non-profit organization that is Making Music More Accessible(3MA). We do this by bringing live musical performances to a variety of underserved audiences. Thru our 3MA Community Venues program SongSharing coordinates intimate on-site performances for seniors, adults and children in special situations. These alternative venues include the Kluge Childrens Rehabilitation Center, Region 10s Meadowcreek Center and Horizon Clubhouse, and a number of senior living and care facilities. In all SongSharing musicians provide 3 to 4 shows on a regular weekly basis, as well as several specially scheduled shows each month. Through the generous support of donors and business sponsors SongSharing is able to provide these shows free of charge.

In 2003 SongSharing put together the CDs for the Troops effort, helping collect nearly 1200 music CDs, DVDs and a few t-shirts to send to troops overseas. Over 60 local and regional artists donated their music, and we were thrilled to receive support from R.E.M., Richard Shindell and Rebel Records.
Our mission is win/win we continue to Make Music Accessible by promoting the artists that share their time and talent with our audiences. Tales of the Uneasy Writer is SongSharings first fully produced studio CD, featuring the original music of founder Greg Allen, and a number of SongSharing volunteer musicians.
Hi Greg! How's it going? We just wanted to thank you again for letting us be a part of SongSharing. It reminded us just how great the power of music really is. All the best in 2008, Annie and Paul
