Formed in 2003 the founding members of Sonic Absolution have played in various bands together since 1993. Playing an emotional set of industrial alt. rock Vocalist/Guitarist Lewis, Bassist Dave Simpson and drummer Mike Goncy have graced the stages in Lakewood and their hometown of Kent. Sonic Absolutions music can be classified as an energetic, industrial, dramatic sound.
The band in previous years released two CDs under the name Albino Violet. The alternative-jazz influenced EP, The Return, was followed by industrial-edged electronic experimentation on the album Scarred. Albino Violet, later renamed Stim, made numerous appearances throughout the region, including shows in Akron, Kent, Lakewood, Pittsburgh, Youngstown, and The Cleveland Flats. Performances evolved from loose, improvisational rock-blues-jazz gigs in the beginning, to tight, aggressive electronic rock sets.
Energy and immediacy are imparted by fast tempos and jarring electronic textures; thought and response initiated by the lyrics. The ultimate goal is to write music that is sonically stimulating for the audience to experience, and intoxicating for the band to play.

put in on disc to view it again and I REALLY don't like it; looks like one of my beginning pieces. I would like to redo it, but if you would like to view it, it is available. Tried callin you today to drop it off.
