Click here This is a video of me playe the Classic Doom 3 theme song on drums and guitar. These are by far the most difficult drums I've ever written for a song. .. I've had a lot of people asking me to make a video of me playing the drums for E1M1, so here it is. This video is about what song E1M1 was inspired by. Enjoy! About Sonic Clang

If you're looking for the guy who made the soundtrack for the Doom 3 mod "Classic Doom 3", you're looking in the right place, this is he. Previously the soundtrack and mod were available at d3files.com, but Filefront went belly up so you won't be able to download them there anymore. Pinche Chavelo has offered to host them for me. I'm not sure he's fully prepared for the amount of bandwidth this will require :) but we'll give it a shot. Here are the new links.

My latest project is recording an album with my band Dusk of Mind. We've been writing some of these songs for about 10 years. The band hasn't been active for about 3 years and we're now just getting around to recording the music. I really think people are going to like this album, which is expected to be out around the summer of 2007. Please check us out and add us to your friends list.

Sir Chris-O	Jun 14 2009 1:24 AM It is awesome... Until I had to write tabs of the synth instruments, and realize what a suck program for music Wavepad is. At any rate, I have a rough version of E1M5 I'm putting on my Youtube tonight. The orchestra bit that loops through the song turned out to be really fucked up on the guitar because of how awkward I had to place my fingers of the high frets on the E, B, and G strings (13 on E, 17 on B, 19 on G) , so I had to drop an octave. Anyway when you get a chance check out my Youtube (l33tpete) and give it a listen.
Sir Chris-O	Jun 13 2009 8:36 PM Just tuned my 'tar to drop-D. It's in that tuning. I've given this little thing a name: "Classic Doom 3 Unplugged". I'll get around to doing E1M1 today. What I'm thinking of doing is slowing the tempo so it sounds more appropriate on an acoustic guitar. Sound good?

the new york editor	Jun 8 2009 5:31 AM have i figured out the arena theme? no, i haven't. to be honest, i haven't had my guitar at all while i was at school. i picked it up for the first time today, in about eight months and just plucked away some nonsense to try and remember everything i used to know. i've been itching to write stuff, and if i come up with anything substantial i'll send it your way. i hope playing a guitar is like riding a bike...
