Sonic Palms is a project by 4 Viennese producers & DJs Thomas Greisl, Stephan Deutsch, Flip Capella and DJ I.Q.
Thomas Greisl and Stephan Deutsch have been the force behind a number of chart-proven dance projects in previous years, Flip Capella is the host of the highly acclaimed electro-house Radio Show “Energy Club Files” on Radio Energy Vienna and DJ I.Q., himself a successful DJ and producer, has been a regular player on technofloors across the globe.
After a few cocktails, the decision was made to join forces and work together. This new formation goes by the name of “The Syndicate”.
After having rocked every hot club across Austria, the guys have now set their sights on conquering the international
dancefloor with their project “Sonic Palms”.
In early summer ‘09 the first Sonic Palms single “On The Beach”, containing the timeless and legendary guitar riff by Chris Rea, was released. The single developed into a club and chart hit in several countries around the globe and became one of this year's summer dance anthems. During summer ‘09 Sonic Palms performed in several clubs, discotheques and on TV shows.

Over the last month, Sonic Palms have additionally been working as remixers for various artists.
For UK's leading dance label AATW they remixed Tina Cousins' single “Sex On fire” and the ‘09 Remake of Eiffel 65's “Blue“.
Both remixes have already been released and more Sonic Palms remixes will appear shortly.
Now the follow-up to “On The Beach” is in the starting blocks and ready to go!
In 1993, Frankfurt trance label “Eye Q“ released the title “No Fate“, which developed into one of the biggest trance hits of all time.
Seventeen years on, Sonic Palms and their vocalist Mike Blake have taken this classic to
heart, pairing it for the first time with vocals and moving the track into a whole new light with
their trademark electro-house sound.
As well as the original club mix, there‘s a phat Steve Newton mix ready and waiting for you.
