♥ In my youth I was into Moto-Cross (raced a little), Race Cars, Slot Cars (became a semi-pro), Skate Boarding and Martial Arts (Kung-fu San Soo), Mountain Biking and Numismatics, Camping, Fishing and Hunting. I even used to be into Roller Skating and Roller-Derby and used to hang out with Shirley Hardman, MGR. of the LA T-Birds around 12 years of age (thought I was in heaven, miss you Shirley.) As an adult I continued Martial Arts till I was about 21, Still into Numismatics, am trying to learn to Snow Board, Camping and Fishing but no Hunting, I still love to ride my dirt bikes and oh yes Dance History/ collecting.

♥ I started dancing when I was 19 years old doing a disco dance called the Hustle. When I turned 21, I started doing East Coast Swing and various other forms of swing and started entering dance contests. I eventually found a dance called West Coast Swing. In my early years of dancing I took virtually any dance lesson I could take from Tap, Jazz and Ballet to Ballroom, Latin and Country and any form of partner dance that was available at the time but my favorite dance was and still is West Coast.

♥ My competition career was pretty lucrative, winning, placing and losing many, many contests over the years, I don't even remember how many contests i've danced, but they have been many from New York to California (mainly routine based contests - Showcase type rather than Jack and Jills.)

♥ I love teaching dancing for a living and have been fairly successful with it for over twenty five years. I still love to teach dance even after all this time and still love to dance, however I am kinda burnt out on the competing side but love to coach and or prepare others for competition and have done so very successfully.

♥ My greatest dance moment was of course winning the US Open but my fondest memory was dancing for the L.A. Rams during Halftime in the mid 1980s ... It was incredible!. My most embarrassing dance moment was doing my routine with my zipper down for the whole dance and being aware of it halfway thru.

† I am not a Church going person and my religious background was originally Protestant / Christian, however I have studied other beliefs at times, looking for the answers as we all do as we get older, but still consider myself a scientific believing Christian. Religion is very much a part of my life and I love to discuss/debate it. I don't care for people who preach or who are self righteous in their beliefs.

♥ I Love my family and have a good relationship with them. I do love Animals and have had many animals and types over the years as a kid and adult including a pet duck, yes ... a duck!. I even (legally) had a pet skunk called "Blossom" who was one of the best pets I have ever had, a very loving animal with a unique personality (yes it was de-skunked lol.) The looks on peoples faces when they would come over and see it for the first time ... it was hilarious. I currently have a Chihuahua by the name of 'Nina Conchita Guadeloupe Watson' who looks like a miniature Dobie. My favorite Dog's of the past were my Silver Wieneriemer, My Doberman Pincer and my Chihuahua.
