Son of Sam Walton was the garage rock duo of Dean and Alaina. Their sound was dark, simple, and heavy. They formed in 2005 and recorded hours of experimental garage noise in their basement on a vintage casssette machine. Eventually some of these tracks were formed into songs. From 2005 to 2006 they played numerous live shows around OKC, Norman, and Dallas . By 2006, they felt they had exhausted their time in the scene and retired their live show. A year later In 2007 they were asked to reunite for the OKCPunkscene.com Garage Sale, This would be their last show. Realizing that they were a better couple than a band, they were married in 2008.
