I'm an acoustic guitar singer-songwriter (and I still hate that phrase) based in Edinburgh, Scotland. In the past, I have been better known in the local area as a bass player, and perhaps a singer, but I've been concentrating
more on playing the guitar and writing songs recently (over the last 12 months, or so).
I organise a monthly acoustic night, Hollow Heart Parlour, at Henry's Cellar Bar, Edinburgh. We showcase some of the best local acoustic talent and also invite performers from further afield to play. Take a look at www.myspace.com/hollowheartparlour for more details.
Otherwise, I'm a sound engineer by night, and I can usually be found in one of Edinburgh's music venues turning dials, pressing buttons and moving sliders simultaneously, and all while doing my best not to panic! I've worked with some of Scotland's (and the UK's) finest bands.
