Quite literally the son of Zev - his dad - Allan Klinbail has been better known in Melbourne, and the rest of Australia, since 1997, under his production nom de guerre, Son Of Zev. He's been a key member of the IF? Records posse since 1998, and has performed live on multiple occasions in Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle, supporting people like Squarepusher, Voiteck, Luke Vibert, Ben Sims, Tim 'Love' Lee, Zen Paradox and Spearhead, and most recently has played at some of the notorious Melbourne More Bass parties. Allan has now hooked up with Elektrax Recordings along with IF? and is also a member of the LN Elektronische Ensemble.
