I take some of it in smaller doses than others. | | Movies | Adventure, romance, comedy, drama, classics, musicals, some science fiction, and mild suspense. Some of my favorites are: Pay it Forward, Field of Dreams, What about Bob, and Pretty Woman, and I love old Jimmy Stewart classics. | | Television | Hmmmm, I'd rather be with people or read; once in a while I tune in to classic sitcoms and comedies, news, and nature or learning channels: Discovery, History, Public TV, and the Food Channel. It's hard to beat "I Love Lucy" and "Carol Burnett and Friends." | | Books | "You are what you read." I read at least an hour every day and enjoy many genres: classic literature, fiction, historical fiction, romance, autobiography, biography, suspense, how tos, inspirational, and personal development.
Right now I am reading books by: Og Mandino, Kenneth Hauck, and John Grisham.

About me:
Hello! My name is Camille. I'm a Registered Nurse who loves to make new friends.
I especially enjoy helping people discover solutions to problems; leading them to create a healthy, balanced life; helping them to recognize the mind, body, and spirit connection; and encouraging each individual to reach their unique potential.
My husband Dan is a Vietnam veteran, a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, a Certified Lay Minister, and my best friend. Check out his website at: http://www.apapo.org/DrDanRogers/. We have two lovely adult daughters who have brought us joy ever since we adopted them from Korea when they were ten and two years old.
We live the "Pay it Forward" concept and of course follow and lead "The Golden Rule."
We are interested in environmental issues and especially in our roles as stewards of our earth's gifts.
We are lifelong learners who examine both sides of an idea. We believe that the core of life is about relationships and listening and service; we are all individual entities blessed to be in this world together.
This is a favorite quote by Maya Angelou: "When we cast our bread upon the waters, we can presume that someone downstream whose face we may never see will benefit from our action, even as we enjoy the gifts sent to us from a donor upstream."
