Long time friends and ex-roommates Martin and Erik meet up in Martins apartment in Jönköping during a weekend in march 2007. The plan was to catch up on each others lives, drink some beers, smoke a little bit of waterpipe, play videogames and maybe record some music. With Erik living in Malmö and Martin in Jönköping this only happens about twice a year and usually it ends up beeing more cathing up, beers and videogames than creativity. But this time Martin pulled up some unfinished song-sketches from his laptop and Erik showed up with a little black book full of lyrics and song ideas. Without really knowing how, 24 hours later two tracks had been recorded. This my friends, was the birth of Sons of Brother Justin.

Tack så mycket! Det var riktigt roligt att höra. I en i alla fall ganska stor avsaknad på aktiva shoegaze-band så får man väl göra sitt bästa helt enkelt. Ni lyckas ganska bra med The Jury också. Jag står säkerligen för en hel del av lyssningarna på den låten. Den är riktigt bra! /Pontus
