Sounds Like
Sons of Moon sounds like a cross between The Kinks, The Yardbirds, Jimi Hendrix, country blues and psychedelic fuzz-drenched blues!
I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)
Sons of Moon was formed in early 2005 and proceeded to tour England, including the world famous 'Dublin Castle', 'The Jailhouse' in Coventry, 'Night and Day' in Manchester and London's 'Dirty Water Club' with Mr. David Viner. SOM play fuzz-drenched, blues-soaked, ear-ringing rock and roll that wraps around your brain. Based in New York City, they've played Otto's Shrunken Head, Lit Lounge, Fontana's, Lakeside Lounge and several other East Village venues as well as Trash Bar in Brooklyn and Asbury Lanes in New Jersey. Their new record - SO LONG, SUNRISE (released 4/21/2009 and currently available on iTunes) - is out now and will be available at gigs. A combination of 60's garage blues and catchy psychedelic surf hooks, this record is "brilliant blues pop garage with a killer fuzz attack..." Austin Vince.
