Guitarist John McGlasson, drummer Evin Pounder, bassist Slappy Greene, keyboardist Matt Gueldenhaar, and a vocalist TBA make up Sons of Science. Exploring many styles and genres, but proudly classified as progressive rock, Sons of Science hail from Central Illinois, the home of so many great bands, and the home of their label, o.i.e.Records,Ltd.
The album THRUST is currently under production by producer Tony SanFilippo at his beautiful, all-analog Oxide Lounge Recording, using absolutely no digital recording or editing software, instrument samples, or simulations, recording to 2-inch tape. The album is set for release on 12/31/09 by o.i.e.Records,Ltd, the production and promotion of which will be documented in words, video, and audio for www.GUITARJAMDAILY.com the world's greatest guitar magazine!
