About me:
SooPlex originated when Julian Rogers and I (Mike Calway-Fagen) decided that not only did we want to hold off on Grad school but that we also would like to share a studio space. We are both interested in Nashville being on the peripheries of contemporary art and we thought it would be a perfect place to have a gallery such as ours. So once a month for a few days our studio space transforms into an alternative gallery space with the main focus on showing interesting artists doing work that is both challenging and experimental.
