My great-grandfather was one of those speaking-in-tongues, fire and brimstone soap-box preachers for an off the wall christian sect. My poetry is much the same thing, minus the religion.

I'm an observer who doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut. I unintentionally tread on toes. I'm old enough to be cynical about everything, and young enough to have a vague hope the term vox populi might still mean something. Slam poetry allows people a captive audience and a platform with which to say whatever they want. That's a very powerful opportunity and I intend to take advantage.

I've been writing and performing for nearly 3 years, and have performed all over the UK and in the US. I have two collections and an album coming out this year. Keep an eye on this page for details. Welll first vacation where I just went somewhere and imposed on someone.. it felt good.. imposing that is. I think you would LOVE portland, love love love it. Everyone else seems well. Lili is around living in the city these days. Jojo is finishing up school and I think very happily. Where are you? what are you doing with yourself? .. is Sophia your alter ego? IS she the nice one or the evil one.. which one is the serial killer?
