Jean Marc Pernon est plus que mon accompagnateur, il est « mes musiciens » et aussi auteur, compositeur, arrangeur, réalisateur. Né à Agen, de formation classique, passionné très tôt par la musique afro-américaine, son père accordéoniste jazz swing est sa première et plus grande influence. Jean Marc m’a fait découvrir l’immensité du répertoire et le langage du Blues. Il a co-composé avec moi tous les thèmes originaux sur lesquels il a joué de tous les instruments, Un véritable écrin pour ma voix...
