Throughout grade school, Sheree has been involved with singing, modern dance, music and drama. She went on to college but did not study the fine arts. In June 2001, she graduated from Cal State LA obtaining a bachelors degree in Sociology. After obtaining her bachelor's degree Sheree went back to music. She keeps extremely busy being a mom, grad student and managing her band.
Sheree has many R&B, rap and jazz studio projects to her credit on which she sang lead and background vocals. She has worked with a host of other studio musicians. Sheree has worked as a vocalist for local LA bands and artists including Tony Ozier and "A Warrior Nation". She also works as a session vocalist. She works alongside her brother, Reggie, who is a musical director and writer. They currently head their own soul band Sophisticated Soul. Sheree's influences are: Chaka Khan, Rahsaan Patterson, Donnie, Donny Hathaway and Lalah Hathaway.
Sophisticated Soul is dedicated to giving music lovers a genuine music experience and great soul music with live vocals and live instrumentation. There is nothing like real music played and sung by real people with real and meaningful lyrics...and doing it well. The Sophisticated Soul band members also have rich musical backgrounds.

*Singer-Kenneth (the Stylist) is an awsome vocalist around the greater LA Church Community and an extremely talented stylists! Hire him to dress you for your special engagements!!!!
*Singer-Kia Hamm has released her debut album "I am Kia Haam" and is performing in Atlanta. Cop that album yall.
*Singer-Nicole Spivey is an actress/singer. She also does PR for up and coming artists.
*Singer Dennis "DC" Clark is a singer/songwriter and by all means "theee BEST!" Incredibly soulful brutha who is well on his way up!
*Drummer-Travon Potts is a professional for the local LA church community.
*Bassist-Reggie Dunn is a producer and writer with many albums to his credit including 3 of his own. He is also our music director.
*DJ-Smurf is a successful DJ in LA area clubs. He used to work for 1580am KDAY radio station in the 80's.
*Guitarist Damian Curry produces and writes in various LA studios. He is currently working on projects for MTV.
