Here are sports I do like: Boxing (a gladiator sport) Hockey (can be really boring, but ohhhhhhh the fights are good!) ...and if you can time travel to ancient Rome or Greece... "It's not a real competition unless your life is on the line" Darwinian Philosophy "Survival of the fittest." Nietzsche's Philosophy Mediocrity is an epidemic on this planet. Just ask Carlos Mencia. "Deee, da, deee!!!!!!!!" My High School Driving Instructor's Philosophy: "Don't be a moll on the ass of progress." Buddhism: Do good things to foster good things, just don't expect good things, passively hope for them, and call those on the fact of non-reciprocation because, well, not reciprocating once in a while is just rude! :-) Love that Karma! Marx: Those that have should share. Communism: We're watching what you share. ;-> Captalism: Those that have deserve what they earn. Socialism: Share within reason. Libertarianism: When's Big Brother leaving my back yard? I can see the glint in the lens of binoculars they used my taxes to buy. A brave new world, is not a brave new world when it is under surveilance. Enforcement through fear is socially unstable. Tantric Philosophy: If you value someone, please them, and thus you will also be very pleased. This is the best form of instant Karma in my opinion. Music So much to offer this wonderful art form has, I never know when I might get surprised by something new. Paintings, wine, cigars, plays, film, the finer things in life that offer more than the mere materials from which they are made. "The best things in barter are intangible." Interests in many other subjects vary intensely, and are subject to change.

  • Movies

    I can be picky, let's talk about film sometime. I can surprise you when you find out I like something ridiculously hollow in a dumb comedy (i.e. Dumb and Dumber), and than surprise you more when you find out I like something deep (i.e. The Fountain). Wait a minute, I just ruined the surprise. It doesn't matter, I've got more! Speaking of which, there's a special someone from last year that I miss a lot right now, and this clip serves as a reminder of her. She has goals too, and had to move on to accomplish them. It was beautful while it lasted. "There's a lesson in here somewhere about coming out of one's shell. :-) "

  • Television

    Rarely watch anything unless it is with others, or I have a specific interest. TV is a tool for social conditioning. That's why they call it, "The idiot box" Perceptions are subjective and may change at any time.

  • Books

    I read too much as a kid. I've been focusing on other things, but very much would like to have time to read again in a nice setting.

  • Heroes

    My best of friends are my heroes. I am a harsh judge of people, and if I call you "friend" consider it a compliment. If I call you "best friend" consider yourself unoffically family, and if I call you more, well there may very well be only one person I'll ever meet that I'll be able to call more. Who I'd like to meet:

IMPORTANT NOTE: I know my profile says "swinger," so just to give you an idea, yes I do for now, but what I am looking for will not be found in that atmosphere. What's right for me is a lot simpler in the long run. In other words: I feel that if I am left swinging long enough I'll eventually hang. I do want some"one" special in my life. At present I have seemingly found her, and we've been together for almost five months now. We are both similar, yet different enough to keep it interesting. It appears to be one of the strongest relationship to have occurred in my life in about six years, so I sincerely look forward to everything working out as it has thus far. Wish me luck! :-) Now on to Who I'd Like to Meet: I'd like to meet a woman who is passionate about life, and who can be passionate about her partner. There are many different types of relationships out there, and I would like to meet someone who does want to eventually go long term. The following reflects some of my beliefs on what makes a good relationship, I don't think I ask a lot. Do you? If you'd like to connect with me, and maybe we've just seen each other briefly some place, use the following as a basic foundation to get to know me. A WORD ON RELATIONSHIPS AND BEING REAL: Just got through a difficult time with someone, and it has ended on good terms very recently to a resolution that was absolute as opposed to vague. It has been a difficult time for me to get through because hopes were high, but alas it was not realistic because of our ultimate chemistry. As to anyone who will be messaging me where we connnect, or who I may know outside of cyberspace, I want it understood right away that things must go slowly. Do not lead me on and then change your position. As it says above, I will stand by people, friends or otherwise, and I prefer that it is known that I prefer that Karma be returned within a shared and reasonable interaction and connection as both parties see fit. Honesty in communication is extremely important to me, and when it has been absent it has precipitated misunderstandings and miscommunications that are not fair for anyone to deal with, and stressful for both people, and their friends too. I wear my heart on my sleeve, so someone who knows me well, knows when something's wrong, relationships or otherwise. I hope not to go through the same thing again because if anything becomes mutual as it often does it is important to take it easy and be honest. Thank you.
