With a dirty minimalist sound, San Francisco's
Sorrow Town Choir write authentic songs of the "three 'D's",
(Dark Beer, Dark Women, and Dark Nights), creating their own idiom of
"Deep Crisis Rock."
What is created is a dark, desolate, gypsy carpet ride of striking musical
beauty. The songs paint stark emotional images of life and living and
dying and beginning, only to turn around to buy you a shot and let you
know that tomorrow is another day.
Sorrow Town Choir is a musical cocktail poured from equal parts of Tom
Petty, Neil Young, Nick Cave, and Jolie Holland to mention a few; shaken
and stirred to perfection. Definitely a departure from the current state
of music today, this band is a refreshing dose of real music from real
musicians who take the time to craft songs of substance.

I posted my clip, Neurofibro, to my myspace page yesterday and I hope you will take a moment to watch. It talks about the genetic, childhood disease, neurofibromatosis, which I have and which has left me paralyzed for 10 years now.
For those of us, who are sick, it is vital to mobilize for a cure. Please, watch my clip and, if you would like to help, please send it on to your friends. With this clip our voice will be heard, and more people, and the media, will learn about this tragic disease. By spreading the word we will have achieved something great, a better chance at finding the cure we so desperately desire.
