School of the Bible Madison's Interests
General
WE LOVE OUTREACH! Madison is the perfect place for this passion since it is a city full of internationals. The University of Wisconsin draws people from all areas of the world. The President of Bangladesh went to school in Madison as well as the Minister for Trade and Ministry in Bhutan, the Minister of Agriculture in Jordan, the Prime Minister in Latvia, the Minister of Natural Resources in Lesotho and many more. The future leaders of the world are right here on our doorstep, waiting for you to reveal our amazing God to them!
Come learn God's principles to change and disciple nations while you minister to those who will lead their nations tomorrow. SOTB students are ministering/have ministered in jails, to the homeless, to international students, in goth clubs, at skate parks, to ravers, through Kung Fu and through many other avenues. The people of Madison are radically extreme. If you win them for Christ nothing can stop them. Come see for yourself!

Heroes
Jesus, the Moravian missionaries, anyone who has given their life away to Jesus.
We exist to help people feel God's heart beat for the nations. Our goal is to raise up people that will walk in the annointing of God; to be a voice for those who have no voice and to bring hope to nations. Hope that permeates every area of society.
The Great Commission requires that we disciple nations and teach them all things that Jesus commanded. But we won't get that done unless we study diligently. We must learn the specifics that will actually get the job done. Jesus deserves our very best, because the end of all being is the happiness of our wonderful God.
The end of all being is not the happiness of man. God deserves our diligent preparation to become faithful disciples, able to teach those who can then teach others. We must be "workmen who need not be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth."

See what YWAM founder Loren Cunningham says about us:
Hey, about 85 students, leaders and alumni from the Horizon School of Evangelism are heading from San diego to D.C. and back. they left last weds. and have already spent a day in Dallas helping with the Special Olympics. I highly encourage you to check out their blog and pray for them www. loveoutloudtour. com if you are anywhere in their area you should jump on the bandwagon and come alongside an awesome group of people. Or if you have ideas in ways they could help out your area let them know! there are e-mails in the get involved section. May God move our country to repentance!!!
1 Kings 11:38 If you do whatever I command you and walk in my ways and do what is right in my eyes by keeping my statutes and commands, as David my servant did, I will be with you. I will build you a dynasty as enduring as the one I built for David and will give Israel to you.
If you got an add about weed or something from me...I did not even add that comment -someone sent it to me, but I deleted it right away and somehow it must have copied itself onto all my friends :(! Sorry!
I knew it was Corey! I met him on my DTS in Oz (Reef To Outback) in 2002. He was on staff while I was doing the school. Small world! Do you know if he has a Myspace?
That sounds terrific. When I was on Staff in YWAM San Francisco (up until two weeks ago) I was on the Street Team. It is an incredible ministry to street kids; or homeless youth. We would mostly reach out to a certain sub-culture of street kids that are also male prostitutes and addicted to heroin and speed.
What is your name? and What countries have you been to?
Hey, just an idea... you should update the page... you know with a current picture of the school, and restart the school countdown and what not... just some ideas!
I think that you should either take down the old "sotb count down" or you should make a new one for outreach or something fun like that.
Speaking of which, when will we talk about that?
Hey you guys, I’ve entered one of my animations (ROOTS) in an online Christian animation contest. The winner is whoever gets more friends to vote for their animation. So...help me out and VOTE!!! :o)
Thanks. All of it comes from the heart. (Since the word is supposed to be written on it, huh!) :) I worked in the YWAM base in Culiacan, in the state of Sinaloa. I loved it SO much! Have you ever done Missions?
