Soul Avenue are a five piece show band from London playing the soul/funk/disco/rock hits of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s through to present day. Formed two years ago SA is the perfect entertainment for any event, whether it’s your club, birthday, wedding or business affair… needing that extra flare! The band consists of professional musicians who have each gained a wealth of experience from every angle of the music industry. The story is as follows…
Annie-Grace is the latest addition to Soul Avenue on vocals. Her roaring Soul/RnB voice, with comparisons to the likes of Joss Stone, Aretha Franklin and Beyonce, has already made a massive impact on today's music scene. Annie Grace has performed throughout the UK in various soul bands including her own project Annie-Grace and the Mosos, and been featured on recording sessions. Annie-Grace is currently studying a vocal degree at the ACM music college in Guildford, Surrey.
Andy Davies graduated from the London College of Music in 2000. He plays a wide range of musical styles including Funk, Rock, Blues and Jazz. Since 2000 Andy has played with an original band called "Small talk", who recorded some excellent material and performed throughout the South. He also toured across the UK with cabaret duo 'Bak 2 Bak" for two and a half years performing at some major wedding venues such as North Cote House, Ascot and Royal Ashdown Park Hotel, Sussex. He now does occasional session work for producers, classical guitar concerts and his guitar wizardry in Soul Avenue.
Steve has been playing Piano and keyboards for 17 years and in that time has played in several different groups covering many musical styles including rock, soul and more recently jazz. He is also a guitar player and vocalist both of which he covers in Soul Avenue. Performances of note include stints at Covent Garden's Rock Garden, the British Museum and the Hawth Theatre, Sussex where he performed his own piano concerto and Steve was recently involved in a production in the west end. Steve has many skills as a musician adding to Soul Avenue’s dazzling performance.
Billy is a well-established London based drummer. He has performed throughout the UK and parts of Europe in many playing situations from theatre and orchestral percussion to jazz, funk and rock bands. While growing up Billy played in various rock projects and began studying jazz drumming to improve his skills. He continued in this field performing in concerts and recording with many jazz and funk groups including Matthias Garrick Quartet, who regularly played at London Soho’s Jazz after Dark with various guest artists including the legendary Amy Winehouse. Now in Soul Avenue the burning rhythm from Billy’s groove will make your feet move.

Now in full swing SA have played a number of events at such venues as Royal Ashdown Park Hotel, Sussex, North Cote House, Ascot and Temple Hall, London.
