30 year old Josh Holley is on a mission to tap the collective spirit of the world through infectious, toe-tappin' acoustic soul. His unique blend of styles into the roots realm, along with his expressive vocal range and guitar skills, have lead to comparisons to artists such as Jeff Buckley, Sting, John Mayer, Sarah McLachlan and Jack Johnson. In addition to regional televised performances on 'MID MORNING LIVE', along with in-studio radio performances, Josh was also the featured artist in 2007 for the SOUTH MAGAZINE's 2nd podcast, and a featured artist for 'ACOUSTIC LONG ISLAND', the number one acoustic podcast on iTunes!
Originally gaining attention here for the clever and hilarious 'My Myspace Song', Josh loves showcasing his innate comedic charm -but he also hopes visitors will look farther than the novelty track and take a moment to reflect with his 'deeper' songs. "I really just want to share some positive thinking and spread the joy that we seem to be overlooking nowadays as a people."
