General	Organizing Record Fairs and collecting Records. STOKE-on-TRENT RECORD FAIR I started organizing Fairs in Stoke in 1977 which means that 31 years on I'm currently the longest 'surviving' organiser. Started long before VIP, Luton Fairs etc. New dealers are always welcome. We have a new venue lined up for November, 2008. It is right in the heart of Birmingham just 200 yards from the main coach station and 4/5 minutes walk to the famous Bull Ring Shopping Centre. It is a superb large, groundfloor ballroom. Free parking in the side streets on a Sunday. Check out all the details on www.soulcargo.co.uk - Dave from Astral Vinyl and I are now taking bookings and already we are 80% full. We've already had visitors there from Worcester, Birmingham, Derby etc and from Tokyo!
Music	I love soul, rhythm and blues, doo-wop and funk, but I have a very wide taste including all the Shadows records and all Roy Orbison releases.

Been organising Record Fairs for 30+ years, written price guides, presented the BBC Radio RECORD COLLECTORS programme for 21 years.

I managed to interview most of the big names in the recording business who had a story to tell - Robert Plant to Edwin Starr, Dion to James Burton, George Hamilton to Jack Bruce, Lonnie Donegan to Hank Marvin.

NEWCASTLE-u-LYME MARKET: Every Thursday in the High Street between Nat West Bank and Woolworth there are 4 record stalls selling vinyl and CD's. Lots of bargains with LP's from 20p upwards and CD's from £2/3 upwards.

Free Valuation Service at all Fairs. Collections purchased regardless of size.
