Hey Hey, Been a While........wow forgotten that we even had a myspace :) well anyways for all you ppl who keep checking back and wanna know whats going, We are about a half way through our forthcoming album which hopefully we be release september(fingers Crossed).. We are due to play metievel agian this year but we will be back giging towards septemeber to promote the album before

Six line-ups later and this is whats left, and been honest the best yet, tighter then a nuns crack, heavy then a lead bollock we are SOULFLAME. 4 years old this year and very proud to still be going we've played so many great gigs and great venues and so many shit gigs and pants venue that we've ernt the right to choose our gigs this year! We are currently writing and rehearsing our first album which will hopefully be born around late summer.
