SOULHOUSE IS A PROMOTION STARTED 5 YEARS AGO BY DEEJAY PETER P INCORPORATING A SELECTION OF FINE HOUSE AND SOUL MUSIC AT VARIOUS CLUBS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
SOULHOUSE SOON BUILT UP A FOLLOWING AND REGULARLY PUTS ON MONTHLY EVENTS WITH QUALITY MUSIC DRAWING IN A DIVERSE CROWD.KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR FUTURE EVENTS.
Vastly experienced international dj PETER P has played all over the world for many years playing some of the biggest clubs and events worldwide and playing alongside some of the worlds top djs.
Its hard to pigeon hole PETER P to a genre of music when asked what genre he plays he simply replies HOUSE/SOUL/BOOGIE/WHATEVER FUNKS THE CROWD. you cannot categorise his unique style.Having started his career at the tender age of 15 behind the decks in a local london club spinning rare northern soul he soon picked up the skills that have seen him play worldwide.He soon progressed through the ranks as a soul djplaying many all nighter /weekender gigs in the eighties.The late eighties saw a change in music and Peter P ingratiated himself on the house scene playing up and down the country at many raves during the summer of love.The following years saw Peter P progress on the house scene taking in soulful garage , latin house,funky house all forms of house.Choosing to mix all genres taking crowds on an exciting rollercoaster of musical mayhem.Peter P has graced the decks in many countries including Spain,Greece,Germany,Hong Kong,czech,Malayasia,Indonesia,Cyprus,Holland ,Singapore and Belgium.
Also an established radio presenter you can catch PETER P on centreforce fm every wednesday from 3pm gmt .
SOULHOUSE RESIDENT CHRIS LAVISH
Chris has been Djing since the age of 14 and has not look back, Started playing House & Garage at house parties and a few times at U.E.L. (The University of East London). Then at 18 Chris paired up with older brother Neil Mitchell to be come back up Residencies @ Garage City, Bar Rumba with Chrissy T, Dj Rupet, and Bobby & Steve.
1999 was a good year for Chris, as he began his weekly Friday night show on local legal radio station then called Active 107.5 fm, now called Time fm. This gave Chris some fundamental learning and unforgettable experiences in the world of radio presenting.This also gave Chris a chance to Network with a lot of people in the industry as well as playing at lots of clubs and events including weekenders.
Chris has also been a guest Dj on Radio 1 (Dreem Teem presents show), Galaxy radio in Birmingham (Andy Wards show).and came 12 out of 500 Dj's, almost winning a regular slot during 1xtra talent competition in 2004.
Nowadays you can catch Chirs Lavish every wednesday night 10pm till midnight on Unknown FM Playing the very best in uplifting, soulful, funky, deep, Uk/Us House Music.
