Mom and Dad were trying to console Susie, whose dog, Skipper, had recently died.

"You know," Mom said, "it's not so bad. Skipper's probably up in Heaven right now, having a grand old time with God."

Susie stopped crying and asked, "What would God want with a dead dog?"

'77 FoReVeR is Mission Accomplished for real! No exceptions, everyone was dead on last night top to bottom. I've done this promoting thing enuff to really appreciate it and I'm not kissin yer ass when I say I can't wait to do it again. Everyone commented on how well we all fit together and brought the show. Let's do more of this and less playing with random bands at rotating venues. I will start workin on the next one this evening and I will keep you posted. Was that a great crowd or what :> My awards for the night goes to Abe Drinkin' and their virtuoso guitarist. If you couldn't stay I will continue to make you feel like crap :< (catch em next time) Junior division goes to Fallen Grace as a BAND because they rocked it like a BAND way to go guys everyone workin the house was amazed! Special TrOoPer Award to Travis for doin double duty an fillin in for tTerrible Terry and to The Distortionists for road trippin. I love you guys! Vallie nailed the concessions, Patti and Dee took care of the house the way it outta be done! Perfectly! Everyone made a couple bucks and no one was harmed. Until soon, D.

Hey girl. How are ya? So after a long hiatus, we're back to kick down the door & rawk (once more)! We've got some stellar shows happening this month, culminating with our CD release. Check the bands--- We've gathered up the best in local music to help us mark the occasion. Hope you'll come out and celebrate with us at one of these upcoming shows (especially the CD Release Party)! Thanks, Susie (& the rest of Mondegreen) ;)

    Wednesday Wednesday Wednesday!

Sure, we all go to local shows, but this one actually does something extra for the community. Don't you want the dough you fork over to do something productive? Well, this time IT WILL.

In other words, give a care! And see some great bands while you're at it! Plus, your wristband will get you discounts at Carly's Bistro and Lost Leaf. And let's face it, you can't pass up a discount in this day and age.

Hope to see you there. Thanks!

    -Lauren (So And So)
P.S. Plus, I'm playing at this one.
