Souljah is a beatmaker and music producer, born in Paris, France. At an early age, he developed a keen interest for music, making his first mixtapes at age 12. In 1996, he moved to Southern California, and made his first steps in the music industry, by landing several DJ gigs mixing trance/rave music. What influenced and inspired him the most were the synth sounds of electronic music and the heavy drums of the famous TR-808. His craft could be best described as bassy, heavy-synthed, club-oriented music. In 2004, and after 8 years travelling all over the country, he returned to France and entered the world of music production. In 2007, he became one of the beatmakers for "No Time Records" and collaborated with his cousin, Wisla on several projects (Sexion d'Assaut, Mister You, Gorsafara, Jack Chacalayi, Tissina). In 2009, he moved to Montréal, Canada, looking for new challenges! More to come so stay tuned...
